Carolina finds balance between the chaos of her career and the peace within.

Hi, my name is Carolina Rial, and I’m a music artist and performer. I’ve been in the music and entertainment industry since a pretty young age, and I think that, although I’m young, I’ve lived through quite a lot. Obviously, being in this industry comes with incredible experiences that I am immensely grateful for every single day of my life.

Radiating positivity and peace, Carolina reminds us that the key to success lies in staying true to yourself.

However, there have also been moments where I’ve felt a little down, a little anxious, or worried, and that’s completely normal because all artists go through that in their careers. It’s just a part of life; it’s just a part of being human. And I think that one of the biggest ways I’ve been able to navigate those moments in my life when I’ve felt anxious or worried has been by giving myself grace and reminding myself that I am a human being.

As humans, we are allowed to make mistakes. We’re not going to feel our very best every single day, and we’re not going to achieve the grandest goals every single day. That’s just not how it works. I’ve learned to accept that, and I’ve really found peace in it. That’s one of the biggest ways I’ve learned to navigate this industry and feel, honestly, really content with where I’m at.

I’ve also learned to stop when I need to. I would consider myself a workaholic; I won’t stop until I get something done. That’s just the determination and passion I’ve always had for what I do. But there are moments when you need to pause and take a moment for yourself. Be still for a moment, because that will give you the energy and momentum to keep going.

If you keep at it and don’t stop, you’re going to burn out, and you’re going to feel tired. That’s when the spark dies down. Your number one priority should always be to keep that spark alive, because that’s the reason you started in the first place.

And the last thing I’ll leave you with, which is probably the number one way I’m able to navigate this industry, is by believing and trusting in the right timing.

I live with so much peace of mind every day because I know that when something is meant to happen, it will. I’m not worried; I’ll push and fight, but at the end of the day, I don’t have control over when things will happen. So, that has always kept a light at the end of the tunnel for me. Even in times when I’ve felt lost or a little down, that belief has always kept me going and has made me very confident and sure of myself.
