By using our website or attending any of our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend Unwired Circle™ events, unless otherwise specified. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Participation & Conduct

  • Voluntary Participation: All event activities are optional and attended at your own discretion.

  • Respectful Behavior: We maintain a welcoming, inclusive space. Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.

  • Unplug Policy: To promote presence and connection, phones, smartwatches, and other devices must remain off or out of sight during the event. If you need to check your device for an emergency, please step away briefly.

  • No Promotion or Sales: Our events are for genuine social interaction. Soliciting or promoting businesses, products, or services is not allowed.

3. Health, Safety & Responsibility

  • Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your physical and mental well-being during all activities, especially those in outdoor settings.

  • Medical Conditions: If you have any health concerns or limitations, please inform the organizer before the event.

  • Belongings: We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

4. Membership, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscription Billing: By signing up for an Unwired Circle™ membership, you authorize automatic monthly recurring payments to your designated payment method.

  • Membership Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellations will stop the next scheduled billing cycle, and you will maintain access until the end of your current paid period.

  • No Membership Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months.

  • Event Cancellations: For single event tickets (Gatherings or Retreats), full refunds are available if canceled via email at least 24 hours before the event.

5. Media Consent

  • Photography & Digital Recording: We may take photos or videos at physical events, or record specific virtual group sessions for our digital Archive. By participating, you grant us permission to use this media for promotional or educational purposes. If you prefer not to appear in media at a physical event, notify the host. For virtual sessions, you can choose to keep your camera turned off.

6. Alcohol & Substances

  • Substance Use: The use of illegal drugs and recreational substances is not permitted during our events. Alcohol is not part of our gatherings.

7. Liability Waiver

By attending, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. Unwired Circle™, its team, and partners are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses that may occur.

8. Mindfulness & Guided Sessions

Unwired Circle™ offers guided mindfulness, presence, and reflective sessions intended for educational and experiential purposes only.

Unwired Circle™ does not provide therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, or clinical services. Sessions are not a substitute for licensed mental health, medical, or psychological care.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sessions are facilitative, non-clinical, and non-diagnostic in nature

  • No medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice is provided

  • You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

  • Participation is voluntary and may be ended at any time

Sessions are private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

Missed or canceled sessions must follow our cancellation policy stated in Section 4.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for event cancellations, delays, or changes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, or public health concerns).

10. Digital Access, Content & Accounts

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to share your account, password, or access links with anyone outside of the membership.

  • Intellectual Property: All videos, courses (Focus Protocol), guided audios, essays, and digital materials provided inside the membership are the exclusive property of Unwired Circle™. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, download, distribute, or repurpose this content without express written permission.

11. Community Roster & Digital Conduct

  • Privacy & Respect: Our member site is designed for genuine, peer-to-peer connection. You agree to respect the privacy of other members and keep all internal discussions confidential.

  • Anti-Spam & Zero Solicitation: You are strictly prohibited from using the member directory to scrape contact data, pitch businesses, send unsolicited marketing, or build external email lists.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your membership and digital access immediately, without refund, if you violate our conduct policies, harass other members, or engage in digital solicitation.

12. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in events or use of our website means you accept the current version of these Terms.
